Economic Impact of Greenways The Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail is a nearly 23-mile multi-use path that links the cities of Travelers Rest and Greenville in upstate South Carolina via the former Carolina, Knoxville and Western Railway railroad corridor. Following the Reedy River, the trail begins at Tate Road south of White Horse Road/CR 59 and continues through downtown Greenville, ending at Lake Conestee Nature Park. This paved path varies from 8 to 12 feet wide making it ideal for bicycles, skaters and walkers.

Clemson University: the Lifeblood of a Small Town's Economy Approximately 16,000 people call the town of Clemson, SC home throughout the year. However, that population more than doubles as the summer fades and over 19,000 students return to the university campus for the upcoming school year. On football game days, the population in Clemson skyrockets to one of the highest in South Carolina. With this massive increase in people comes many retailers' reason for locating their business in Clemson.

Q3 2021 vs. Q3 2022 The South Carolina retail sales market continues its resiliency through the national inflation scares and rate hikes. We continue to see CAP rate compression as less product is available. On the flip side, we are seeing rental velocity decrease and landlords willing to offer more rent concessions to get their remaining spaces leased with a significant drop in overall vacancy.
