HOTEL Our event will be at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center. All our sessions and most of the meals will be at the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel, you should have received your hotel confirmation number from Shella Scheller. If you haven't, please reach out to Shella via email.
DINNERS Join us for drinks and dinner off-site on both Wednesday and Thursday nights, right in the heart of Downtown Nashville (just a 10-minute walk away). On Thursday night, don your finest western attire and compete to become the Ultimate Industrial Cowgirl and Cowboy. Winners will receive a custom AY Industrial hat and earn bragging rights aplenty!
VIDEO BOOTH Join us for "Industrial Confessions"! We're hosting a video booth session from 1-6 pm on Thursday, where you can share your insights and experiences. This is your opportunity to contribute to branded LinkedIn videos and showcase your market-specific expertise. Don't miss out - we'll produce these videos for you to access after the Summit. Let your voice be heard and make your mark!

WEATHER Anticipate temperatures ranging from the low 60s to the high 80s. There's also a possibility of encountering some light thunderstorms.
DRESS CODE Business casual is the theme for the conference. Inside, you might want an extra layer against the hotel’s AC. For our evening outings on the Nashville strip, feel free to dress down.
COSTS You’ll need to cover your travel to the hotel (incl. flights + ground transportation), but all on-site expenses (incl. hotel + meals) are covered by Avison Young and our sponsors. Non-brokers will have charges sent back to their cost centers—your managers are aware, but if you have questions, let me know.
