A look inside the QSR industry
In recent years, the QSR sector has seen significant growth in digital and mobile ordering, as more customers seek the convenience of placing orders from their smartphones or other devices. Many QSRs have also introduced loyalty programs and mobile apps to help drive customer engagement and repeat business. While the QSR sector has faced criticism for its perceived health and environmental impacts, many restaurants have responded by offering more diverse and healthier menu options, such as salads, grilled chicken, and vegetarian or vegan options.
This sector continues to thrive, showing resiliency despite the past several years market disruptions. Here’s a quick peek at some interesting information put out by QSR Magazine.
