King Arthur Baking Co. picks Greenville for first pop-up destination

King Arthur Baking Co. will host a holiday pop-up at 640 S. Main St. in Greenville from Nov. 2 to Dec. 22.

The pop-up will display its baking products and kitchen appliances, and feature artwork from local artists. King Arthur has a history reaching back to 1790 and the country’s first flour producer.

Greenville County, South Carolina, considers zoning changes for Pelham Road near I-85

A zoning change that would impact the future of Pelham Road near Interstate 85 in Greenville County, South Carolina, is up for consideration.

The change, which was voted on for the first time Tuesday night by the Greenville County Council, would allow three-story buildings with businesses on the ground floor and apartments on top of them.

Retail Real Estate Group Expects 3.8% Holiday Sales Growth
