  • Façade upgrades to attract higher quality tenants
  • Consider Tenant Improvement Allowance for qualified tenants
  • Offer 30 days of free rent per year of initial term (up to 180 days)
  • Minimum 3-year initial term for small shop retail, 10-year initial term for anchor and sub-anchor tenant, 1-year initial term for micro-retail
