Kelly Carlon is a VP for Avison Young Phoenix office, providing comprehensive real estate services tailored to healthcare and non-profit organizations. Kelly represents landlords, tenants, investors and owner/users as it relates to buying, selling, and/or leasing commercial real estate. With an extensive background in commercial lending, Kelly is fluent in underwriting expectations and real estate collateral guidelines.
Kelly advises her clients on how to maximize their real estate assets through experienced market intelligence and thoughtful research. As a hardworking, detail-oriented, marketing professional, she prides herself on developing long lasting relationships with her clients, professional network, and her Arizona community.
Kelly previously worked for R.O.I Properties as a commercial associate after having worked in commercial lending for over 10 years as a business development officer for Wells Fargo’s Specialty Banking Group and JPMorgan Chase. Kelly was honored as a top-producing business development officer from 2014-2018. Kelly served as an allied member on the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association. Kelly holds a B.A. in Business Economics from California State University- Long Beach.

Tavan Rasor is a Senior Associate for Avison Young Phoenix office, specializing in healthcare brokerage and advisory services. He represents institutional landlords, medical tenants, buyers, and investors in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and strategic repositioning of healthcare properties across the Phoenix metro area.
A third-generation Phoenician, Tavan brings deep-rooted local market knowledge and a passion for helping clients navigate evolving healthcare real estate conditions in the Valley. With a focused background in medical office transactions, he excels at aligning real estate strategies with operational and financial goals through in-depth market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and thoughtful negotiations. Tavan is known for building strong, lasting relationships with healthcare stakeholders and delivering results-driven solutions.
Previously with Medical Office Brokers, Tavan represented major institutional landlords in leasing and disposition strategies for Phoenix-area medical office properties. He has guided physicians, outpatient clinics, and health systems through site selection, lease negotiations, purchases, relocations, and sale-leaseback transactions. Tavan holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
