Performance Garage
Coordinated Client grant compliance efforts from various sources: RACP, the National Endowment for the Arts and the William Dietrich Foundation.
This 3-structure historic complex was adaptively reused, transforming it from a stable, automobile garage, and carriage house to a dance performance and education center. The facility is home to Jeanne Ruddy Dance, it hosts visiting artists and companies as well as offers programs for children and adults.
Avison Young coordinated a multi-phase approach to satisfy the Client’s renovation and upgrade needs.

The Philadelphia Zoo
Served as Owner's Representative through completion of Intermodal Improvement Project and oversaw RACP grant compliance.
With our project management services from concept to close-out, we saved the Zoo five months of parking lot downtime at their most active lot. The effort included a solution to year-round parking and enhanced traffic conditions, increasing the guest experience.

Wissahickon Charter School
Oversaw construction of new, 49,000 sf, charter school facility, which recieved mutiple grants and New Market Tax Credits, totaling $19.6M.
The project was delivered on-time and saved WCS more than $2 million.
