Avison Young announced the Sauter Multifamily Group, comprised of Principals Patrick Sauter, Art Carll-Tangora, and Steve Nosrat, based in the firm’s Las Vegas office closed the $126 million sale ($126,506 per unit) of Harbor Island Apartments located at 370 E Harmon Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. Avison Young Principals Patrick Sauter, Art Carll-Tangora, and Steve Nosrat, are pleased to have worked with the buyer, Laguna Point Acquisitions and the seller, 3D Investments to facilitate the transaction of Harbor Island.

Epic Investments has completed the sale of Las Brisas de Cheyenne, a two-story, garden-style apartment community located at 3985 E Cheyenne Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. Built in 1999 and renovated in 2020, the property is located in Las Vegas’ Sunrise Manor submarket. Las Brisas de Cheyenne features 176 apartments on nine acres. Tides Equities acquired the asset for $40 million, or $227,272 per unit. Patrick Sauter, Art Carll-Tangora, and Steve Nosrat of Avison Young represented the seller in the deal.

Avison Young announced the Sauter Multifamily Group, comprised of Principals Patrick Sauter, Art Carll-Tangora, and Steve Nosrat, have closed the $37.3 million ($193,264 per unit) sale of Skyline Parc, a 193-unit multifamily property located at 3675 Cambridge Street in Las Vegas. Skyline Parc, a garden-style apartment property, was built in 1972 and renovated in 2020. Avison Young represented the seller, Laguna Pointe Properties, in the transaction. The property was purchased by Tides Equities, LLC.

Avison Young negotiates $129.7M sale of two multifamily properties in Las Vegas
Avison Young’s Sauter Multifamily Group has brokered the sale of two apartment communities in Las Vegas, Nevada. The assets traded for $129.7 million, or $183,192 per unit. The sale includes Viridian Apartments, which was built in 1981 and features 456 apartments at 4255 W Viking Road, and Topaz Apartments, which was built in 1985 and offers 252 units at 4020 Arville Street. Principals Patrick Sauter, Art Carll-Tangora, and Steve Nosrat of Avison Young handled the transaction.
