Our Team
The Charlotte Industrial team is a group of commercial real estate brokers providing expertise in industrial sales, leasing, consulting, and marketing services throughout Charlotte and its surrounding submarkets.
Our dedicated team consists of Chris Skibinski and Henry Lobb, Principals at Avison Young, along with Tom Tropeano, Chris Loyd, Abby Smith, Trent King, Gray Gaines, and Colin Ferguson.
From single to multi-user buildings, we are also well-experienced with designated and zoned industrial development land sales, working with owner-users, developers, and institutional investors on unique land-plays.
