The Building was last certified as BOMA Best Gold and has a comprehensive recycling and organic waste program. The Building hosts an annual E-Waste event for tenants to responsibly dispose of electronic waste. Major HVAC equipment is fitted with VFDs, and a BAS system is in place. The Landlord is open to providing alternative energy sources, utilizing ATCO’s expertise and resources as an energy leader.
