The project
Palm Beach Skyway
Ankara cable car station, Ankara, Turkey

Project Overview
The City of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County are growing markets within the South Florida skyline. Keys to sustainable growth are to provide quality housing and workplace environments, and to have the ability to move this constituency safely, efficiently, affordably, and sustainably around the county.
The Palm Beach Skyway is the right system to move thousands of people per hour from downtown West Palm Beach to Project Lightspeed, and to the Palm Beach International Airport in an efficient, affordable, and interesting way. The Palm Beach Skyway operates above roadways, waterways, and obstacles, does not interfere with traffic lanes, intersections, pedestrians, and bicycles, and encourages ridership —the system is FUN!
Connecting the Brightline West Palm Beach Station to Project Lightspeed with the Palm Beach Skyway will help manage the growth of the City of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County and maintain their position as the most desirable place in South Florida to live, work, and play
