Jonathan Hittner launched his commercial real estate career at Avison Young after completing his political science degree at the University of Western Ontario. Jonathan's career in commercial real estate spans almost 15 years and is recognized as an Avison Young's Circle of Excellence Award winner. Jonathan’s strict focus on multi-residential and land investment sales has led him to work with many of the major institutional and private investors. Jonathan has completed numerous multi-residential, land development and office building transactions.

Neil began his career with Avison Young in June 2011. A graduate of Oswego State University in New York, Neil brings with him an Honours Degree in Accounting. Neil’s skill set includes financial analysis, market knowledge and creative real estate solutions. Neil’s real estate experience includes the representation of institutional and private ownership groups whereby he aligns his services with his clients’ goals and needs to meet and surpass expectations.

David Lieberman’s career in commercial real estate spans over 30 years and encompasses a broad range of real estate sales and consulting services. Having worked with many large private and institutional organizations, a member of Avison Young's Circle of Excellence list, David has a well-established track record of achievement, including the completion of numerous multi-residential and land development transactions. David has acted as an expert witness for property owners on matters relating to property marketability and valuation in litigation cases. David is actively involved in community fundraising, participating on the board of a number of charitable organizations raising millions of dollars towards Mount Sinai Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital and other charitable institutions.

Daniel began his career at Avison Young in 2021, as an Analyst with the Multi-Residential Group. Daniel specializes in commercial property transactions, with an emphasis on high-density residential development sites and multi-residential assets. Daniel is able to leverage his network, market knowledge, and financial analysis skills to ensure favourable results for clients. Prior to joining Avison Young, Daniel held progressive positions with the Investment Management Services Team at Altus Group and graduated with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
