Our reports are standardized by Valcre to be CUSPAP compliant for a wide range of properties with standard valuation approaches. They offer full customization, streamlined layouts, accurate results, and proven reporting efficiencies.

Smartsheet

We specifically have customized enterprise capabilities with Smartsheet which is the only platform that can scale from a single project to end-to-end workflow management, connecting business on a no-code, cloud-based platform.

CoStar

CoStar provides commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces for real estate transactions across North America. It integrates seamlessly in a variety of ways within our models and reports to give you better market insights.

Valuation management platform

Since the inception of the National Investment Valuation Team at Avison Young, our goal has been to provide our clients with unparalleled solutions to help solve their complex needs. The result has been our INSTA solutions, which were created specifically for large intuitions who operate in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Our portfolio management platform utilizes the Smartsheet project management platform and can been exclusively designed to fit the needs of our clients' requirements. The system seamlessly allows for key functions such as content upload and download, workflow management, direct messaging and collaboration, approvals and notifications, summary reporting, and easy scalability for multiple funds or asset classes. It even has full functionality on both mobile and tablet devices so you can access info on the go.

Variance analysis

The Variance Analysis workbook allows you to see exactly which cash flow line items are driving changes from the previous AE model/valuation on both an asset-by-asset basis and at a portfolio level all in the same sheet. In addition, we also provide commentary which allows you to see the attribution of values changed quarter over quarter for both assets and the portfolio.

Summary sheets

Our Valcre workbooks allow us to pull over 500+ data points from our valuation reports and organize them into any configuration you like in a matter of minutes. We’ll work with your team to create a summary sheet that fits your needs and provide this to you each quarter for both draft values and final values.

Pre-bid acquisition support

Our National Investment Valuation team as well as the local market experts are always available to discuss the assumptions used in your underwriting of current pipeline deals. You’ll be able to leverage our deep market knowledge and these discussions will ensure there are no valuation surprises in subsequent quarters when assets are added to the regular valuation cycle.
