Marc Chicoine

Marc Chicoine works as a lobbyist for the Ville de Gatineau urban planning department on behalf of five clients: Groupe Heafey and its major residential project at 71 rue Wellington in the downtown area; CDM Construction, which is planning the construction of over 1,000 housing units in the Bellevue sector; businessman Denis Cléroux, for the construction of 51 units at 19-21 rue du Patrimoine; Entreprises RGMSP, which is seeking approval for a 192-unit project on chemin Vanier; and Rossmann Architecture, which is seeking approval for an 84-unit real estate project at 216 rue Montcalm.

Former president of Gatineau's Comité consultatif d'urbanisme (CCU), Jocelyn Blondin, believes that Mr. Chicoine's lobbying services will certainly help entrepreneurs break complex deadlocks. He'll certainly be a great help to his clients," he says. He already knows the files and how urban planning works. He excels in complicated files. He'll be able to give good advice and probably save contractors unnecessary trips back and forth that end up clogging up our urban planning department."
